Youth Catalyst Cup

The Youth Catalyst Project is Hosting a Euro 2024 5-A-Side Football Tournament on Sunday 14 July 2024 from 3pm - 10pm

The Tournament will kick off at 3pm. There will be two competitions, one for school years 7-9 and another for school years 9-13. Teams can be mixed or single-gender but will play based on age category. For insurance purposes, we are unable to have players 19 or over take part.

Churches can sign-up a team or multiple teams in each age category. Each team registered will need one coach per team and each team entering is under the responsibility of the named coach. That person must be over the age of 18, DBS checked and take responsibility for gathering the parental consent of the children/young people in their team. The coach is also responsible for the behaviour of their team at all times during the event. Please complete one of these forms per team.

Each team will need to be registered by 5 July. As part of our tie-in with Euro 2024 Tournament, we will then contact you to give you a European Nation to represent. There is no pressure to connect in any way with this nation, but you could source, or make your own, country-related kit!

There will be non-alcoholic drinks and BBQ food available to buy at the event alongside a simple tuck shop selling drinks, chocolate and crisps.

The Final of the Euros will be screened from 8pm at St Peter's Church, Guildford.
