Ordinations

Deacons in full clerical attire celebrate their ordination with Bishop Andrew and Bishop Paul

Our ordination services are a time to celebrate and welcome new deacons (those to be given the title Reverend) and priests (deacons who have been training under an incumbent for a year) into the diocese. Our 2026 Petertide ordinations will be taking place in Guildford Cathedral on 27 and 28 June.

Further information about the services, including the candidates intended for ordination, will be published as we draw closer to the services.
