The most senior leader in the diocese is the Bishop of Guildford. The Bishop and their senior colleagues work together to inspire, support and encourage all who work or volunteer in diocesan roles, in parishes or in schools.
Through formal meetings and everyday networking, they learn about what is happening on the ground to help inform their decisions about the vision, priorities, operations, finances and resources in both Church and school life.
