The Leadership safeguarding training program provides an opportunity to develop your safeguarding skill set, to reflect on your safeguarding culture and identify potential areas for development.
The training consists of two sessions set a week apart and are delivered either face-to-face or on Zoom via the learning portal. You need to attend both sessions to complete the module.
The Leadership Training is hosted on the Church of England Training Portal where workbooks, coursework, case study, certificates as well as Zoom link are held. This will help individuals and the Diocese keep track of most training completed in the Diocese.
Before enrolling on this course please refer to our Training Pathway to check whether you need to complete this training.
