👋🏻 Welcome to the Youth Catalyst Project
We are an exciting new project from the Guildford Diocese all about seeking to equip churches, youth ministries and young people to grow a generation of missionary disciples who live out and proclaim the gospel without fear. Our vision emerges from Philippians 1:14.
Our team has grown to 10 people. You can contact or find out who's who via the button below.

Youth Catalyst Calendar
In August 2023 we were successful in being awarded £3.2m by the Church of England to create our bold programme of supporting and creating young disciples across the diocese.
Our Programme Lead, Ali explains more in this video below.
From 0 young people to 200 young poeple, there are different ways we can help your churches youth ministry.
• 0 young people - sign up to Launchpad which is about helping churches launch a youth ministry from scratch
• 2-200 young people - be trained in our Small Group Framework
• Limited provision for young people to worship - attend or host a local Worship Gathering
• Growing youth ministry that needs a paid employee - apply to host a Trainee Youth Leader
• Untrained employed youth leader - Free Degree level study for youth leaders already employed
If you're interested in any of these please contact Sophie, our Project Officer.
